水下超疏油涂层的研究现状与评述

摘要:水下超疏油涂层是当前界面功能材料的研究新热点。从润湿理论可知,在空气环境中的超亲水/超双亲表面和超双疏表面等在水下也可呈现出超疏油特性。在阐述水下超疏油理论的基础上,详细介绍了水下超疏油、超亲水/超双亲、超双疏3类特殊润湿界面材料的发展现状,尤其关注它们的涂料构筑方法,并作简要评述。进一步给出了基于超亲水和超双疏原理的水下超疏油涂层制备策略与建议。

Abstract: The research of underwater superoleophobic coating have become a new hot topic in the field of interfacial materials recently. From the viewpoint of wetting theory, those superhy-drophilic/superamphiphilic and superamphiphobic surfaces in the air are actually superolephobic underwater. Hence, the research status quo of three superwetting surfaces including underwater superoleophobic, superhydrophilic/superamphiphilic and superamphiphobic surfaces are high-lighted in this review. Especially, their filmforming methods are described. The preparation and recommendation of the underwater superoleophobic coating are also proposed.

近年来,受自清洁荷叶、双疏跳虫、防雾蝇眼、防污鱼鳞等生物体启发,超润湿表面受到人们的广泛关注。超润湿表面是指水或油静态接触角大于150°或

小于5°的固体表面,有时还引人动态接触角(即前进角与后退角之差)来全面表征润湿性。早期人们主要关注空气环境中的超润湿表面构筑与应用研究。
