有机硅改性环氧丙烯酸阴极电泳漆的制备

摘要:将正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)与甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPMA)经酸催化合成一种表面带有双键的二氧化硅活性粒子,然后与甲基丙烯酰胺、环氧树脂等共聚制备有机硅改性环氧丙烯酸阴极电泳漆。采用FT-IR对有机硅改性环氧丙烯酸结构进行表征,重点研究了有机硅含量对电泳漆玻璃化转变温度、吸水率、耐热性、耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随有机硅含量增大,吸水性降低,耐腐蚀性和玻璃化转变温度提高。当有机硅的添加量(质量分数)为1.8%时,电泳漆漆膜的综合性能较好

Abstract: Active SiO, particles structured double bond on surface were synthesized from the reaction of tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) with hydroxypropyl methacrylate(HPMA) at the presence of acid catalyst, which was then used to be copolymerized with methacrylamide and epoxy resin, etc. to prepare a silicone modified epoxy acrylic cathodic eletrophoretic paint. The structure of product was characterized by Fourier - transform infrared spectroscopy, and the influence of the content of silicone on the glass transition temperature and water absorption and corrosion resistance of electrophoretic paint were studied in detail. The results indicated that the heat resistance, glass transition temperature and corrosion resistance of the modified electrophoretic paint were increased with the increasing of silicone content, but the water ab-sorption was reduced. The electrophoretic paint provided good comprehensive performance when the dosage of silicone was 1. 8%.
