聚乙烯类渔网防污涂料的制备与性能评价

摘要:通过基体树脂的前期筛选、涂料配方测试等,制备出可用于聚乙烯类渔网的防污涂料,测试了涂膜的附着率、柔韧性:采用电镜及海上挂网对涂膜进行了表征,研究结果表明,所制备的防污涂料在聚乙烯类网衣上表现出较好的附着力及柔韧性,且防污性能良好。

Abstract: The antifouling coatings for polyethylene based fishing nets were prepared via resin selection and formulation design, ete. Adhesion and flexibility were tested; The properties of the coating were characteried by SEM and the field test in a given sea area. The results showed that the antifouling coatings had good adhesion, flexibility and antifouling per formance as coated on the surface of polyethylene based fishing nets.

海洋生物污损间题对海洋水产养殖业造成了严重影响【1]。污损生物在网衣网箱上的附着会减小网体积、降低网的通透性、增加网的质量,导致水流交换阻塞、氧气供应不足,从而严重影响养殖生物的品质,甚至可能导致养殖生物的死亡[2]。针对水产养殖业的污损问题主要有物理去除、生物法和化学防污涂料
等防污措施。人工或物理机械去除费时费力,生物控制方法利用生物之间的竞争达到防污目的也只适用于少量的特定生物,面较为长期有效的方法是使用防污涂料[3]。
针对网衣防污涂料.国内外研究者已经开展了大量研究[4-5]。Edwards等[6]测试了几种市售防污涂料
