浮型铝银粉的生产工艺技术研究

(1.长沙族兴新材料股份有限公司,长沙410600;2.山东科技大学,山东青岛266000)摘要:针对国内浮型铝银粉的分散性和贮存稳定性差等缺点,对浮型铝银粉工业生产的关键技术进行了研究,通过对溶剂置换用溶剂和表面处理助剂种类及用量、搅拌时间以及分散处理时间的选择性研究,确定了最佳的生产工艺条件。选择芳烃类溶剂用于溶剂置换,用量与浮铝型银浆质量比为 2:1:选择磷酸酯类助剂为表面处理助剂,用量为滤饼中所含铝的质量的5%:搅拌3h,分散处理时间为16h,所制得的浮型铝银粉分散性和贮存稳定性好。

Abstract: Due to the leafing aluminium powder in China having undesirable dispersity and storage stability, this article studies the key production process of the leafing aluminium pow-der, specifically, discusses the influential factors including solvents, surface treatment agents and their dosage,agitating time and dispersing time so as to determine the optimum conditions. It is indicated that a leafing aluminium powder has good dispersity and storage stability wher the production process satisfies the following conditions: aromatic solvents for solvent exchange is selected and the mass ratio of solvent to paste cake is 2:1; Phosphate additives are used as surface treatment agents with the dosage of 5% based on the weight of paste cake; The agita-ting time is 3 h and the dispersing time is 16 h.

铝银粉按照在涂料膜层中的表现类型分为非浮型铝银粉和浮型铝银粉。由于铝银粉在涂膜内以不同层次排列,当光线射入含透明颜料和铝粉的膜层内时,入射光透过颜料粒子成为有色光,再经过不同层次的铝粉反射出来,就会发生色调和金属光的变化,使其具有很好的“双色效应”特性。由于有脂肪酸吸附在铝银粉表面,故其易在涂料中定位排布,分散于
载体后具有与底材平行的特性,众多的铝粉相互联结,大小粒子相互填补形成连续金属膜,既遮盖了底材,又反射外来光线,具有极好的遮盖力和光反射能力。铝银粉形成的连续金属膜在载体膜内可呈多层次的平行排列,各层铝粉之间的孔隙互相错开,切断了成膜物的毛细微孔,外界的水分、气体无法透过毛细孔到达底材,因而具有良好的屏蔽作用。
