催化重整装置高负荷生产瓶颈分析

摘要：文中分析了某炼油厂300kt/a固定床催化重整装置在高负荷生产时的工况。从原料、操作条件，设备等方面人手，重点讨论了制约负荷提高的因系。结果表明，如果对该装置部分设备进行扩

Abstract: This paper analyzed the operating condition of a refinery' s 300kt/a fixed bed catalytic reformer under high production capacity. It emphasized the factors restricting capacity increase starting with feedstock, operation condition, equipment and etc. The result showed that, if expansion revamp is made to some equipment, the capacity of the unit can at least reach 320kt/a.

某炼油厂催化重整装置2002年改造后，生产能力（以重整反应进料为准)为300kt/a，为降本增效，增产高辛烷值汽油，在2015年9月将生产负荷由原来的100%逐渐提高至107%，重整进料由 37.5t/h提高至40t/h.如果能够持续生产，生产能
力将达到320kt/a

该装置于2015年9月24日将重整进料提至 40t/h，处理量提高后，工况发生了变化

从表1可以看出，除9月23日受提量未完影响
外，提量后，总加工量增加60~70d，重整料产量增加约60t/d。并从10月1日与10月7日的数据对比中，可以验证得出结论，重整预处理加工“加氢
