废旧PE/橡胶粉复合改性沥青性能研究

摘要:为提高废旧聚乙烯(PE)改性沥青的路用性能,采用橡胶粉对PE沥青进行复合改性。通过高温性能、弹性恢复、低温性能、温度敏感性等指标,评价PE/橡胶粉复合改性沥青的性能。在橡胶粉含量为15%时,通过改变废旧PE掺量研究废旧PE/橡胶粉复合改性沥青的路用性能,综合考虑并确定最佳废旧PE掺量为5%。试验证明,橡胶粉和废旧PE的复合改性使沥青路面的抗病害能力和使用寿命均得到提高。

Abstract: In order to improve the pavement performance of waste polyethylene (PE) modified asphalt, rubber powder was brought in for complex modification. The performance of the complex modified asphalt was evaluated by indices of high temperature performance, elastic recovery, low temperature performance and temperature sensibility. With the content of rubber powder being 15%, the pavement performance of the complex modified asphalt was studied by changing the amount of waste PE, and the optimum amount was determined to be 5%. It is proved that the disease-resistant ability and service time of asphalt pavement modified by the waste PE and rubber powder are improved

随着中国经济的迅速发展,废旧塑料和废旧橡胶的数量在以超过10%的速度逐年增加,这些废旧材料会给自然环境带来巨大污染;如何综合利用数量巨大的废旧塑料和橡胶高分子材料,缓解环境污染,已成为社会的焦点间题之一。采用废旧橡胶和塑料对沥青进行改性应用于道路工程,不仅可以减少环境中的黑色污染和白色污染,

还能够提高沥青的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、耐久性和弹性性能,同时复合改性沥青混合料铺筑的路面具有降低路面噪音、减少路面反光、提高路面抗滑性能、降低道路建设成本的效果(1-S),有很好的社会效益和发展前景[-8]。
