MSS50双幅整体浇筑式移动模架力学

摘要:以MSS50双幅整体浇筑式移动模架系统为研完对象,用ANSYS有限元分析软件对该移动模架系统进行整体建模。通过模拟仿真计算,得出移动模架系统的应力分布情况和变形情况,校核移动模架系统在最大受力状态下其结构的强度、度以及届曲稳定性,同时给出主梁的挑度曲线,为模架预拱度调整提供理论依据。研究结果表明:该模架系统在最大受力状态下,强度、刚度及屈曲稳定性均满足要求。

Abstract: An integral model of the MSS5O movable scaffolding system which has the function of double integral pouring was established by using ANSYS. In the finite element analysis software, the stress distribution and deformation condition were obtained, and the stress distribution, flexural rigidity and buckling stability under maximum stress condition were calculated. In addition, the girder's deflection curve of movable scaffolding system was given. The simulations could provide theoretical basis for pre-camber adjustment of the system, The simulation results show that the stress distribution, flexural rigidity and buckling stability of MSS5o movable scaffolding system meet the engineering requirements.

0引言
造桥机是一种特大型造桥专用设备,学名叫滑移模架造桥设备(MoveSupportSystem,可简称为 MSS),也叫移动模架造桥机I-})。造桥机施工是一种先进的、使用广泛的桥梁施工工法,与传统的预制箱梁、组合安装和架设梁桥等有所不同,它集模板、支撑系统和过孔的功能于一体,在一系列支架难以
搭设的地方(例如城市立交、高墩、水上等)施工时,其性能更加优越。
本文研究的MSS50上行式滑移模架系统,是一种新型的可同时浇筑2幅混凝土箱梁的大型移动模架造桥设备,结构复杂,安全性能高。该设备可施工 50m以内各种跨径的桥梁、鼻梁同主梁间设转铰,可灵活适应不同平曲线半径的桥梁施工,实现整机过连续梁,且可从已浇筑好的箱梁上前移或者后退。
