Abstract: The manufacturing technology, production status, import and export, consumption structure, feedstock and price trend of PVC in China were introduced. The development prospects of PVC industry in the Twelfth Five-Ycar Plan period werc predicted and suggestions were pro-posed. The data showed that PVC industry in China was in the status of oversupply which would characterize the next five years, and the industry would enter the period of restructuring
聚氯乙烯简称PVC,CAS登记号9002-86-2.属非结晶性高聚物，是应用最广泛的热塑性树脂，世界第 2大通用树脂。工业生产的PVC相对分子质量一般在 4万～10万，绝大部分通用PVC是粒径在50~250μm 的粉料，也有粒径在0.2~15m的糊树脂
PVC应用广泛，既可以生产强度和硬度都很高的硬质制品（如管材、管件、门窗、包装片材），也可以加人增塑剂生产非常柔软的制品（如薄膜、片材、电线电缆、地板、合成革、涂层），

生产工艺
PVC由氯乙烯单体聚合生成，聚合工艺有悬浮聚
合法、乳液聚合法、本体聚合法、溶液聚合法等"，目前主要以悬浮聚合法为主。尽管有不同的聚合工艺，但通常所说的PVC的生产方法实质上是根据氧乙烯的生产方法来划分的，主要有电石法和乙烯法。目前，国外基本上以乙烯法生产PVC,我国是以电石法为主、乙烯法为辅，并且电石法所占比例越来越高。2010年，我
