絮凝增韧PVC树脂的制备及性能

【摘要】采用案聚方式制备了丁睛胶乳增韧PVC树脂,研究了款凝剂、防老剂、隔高剂对树脂性能的影响,考察了丁胶乳用量对树脂力学性能和塑化性能的影响,并进行了加工应用试验。结果表明:①宜采用絮凝剂B、液态防老剂B来制备絮凝增韧PVC树脂:②隔离剂的用量应随丁睛胶乳的用量增加而增加,当丁胶乳用量为11 份时,隔离剂用量为3份:③随着丁胶乳用量的增加,絮凝增韧PVC树脂的冲击强度逐渐提高,并且明显高于相同丁睛橡胶用量的共混增韧PVC树脂,面拉伸强度则逐渐下降,且两种树脂相差不大;④随着丁睛胶乳用量的增加,款凝增韧PVC树脂的塑化时间逐渐缩短,塑化扭矩和平衡扭矩逐渐升高;③絮凝增韧PVC树脂可顺利替代普通PVC树脂和冲击改性剂。

Abstract: Nitrile latex-toughened PVC resins were prepared by flocculation. The effects of floccu-lant, anti-aging agent, and isolating agent on properties of the resins were studied. The effects of nitrile latex amount on mechanical properties and plasticizing properties of the resins were investigated. Process-ing and application tests were carried out. The results showed that the flocculate-toughened PVC should be prepared with flocculant B and liquid anti-aging B. With the increase in nitrile latex amount, the isola-ting agent amount should increase too. When the nitrile latex was 11 phr, the isolating agent was 3 phr. With the increase in nitrile latex amount, the impact strength of flocculate-toughened PVC gradually in-aaseaaseaee ened by blending with the same amount of nitrile rubber. With the increase in nitrile latex amount, the tensile strength of flocculate-toughened PVC decreased, and the tensile strengths of the two kinds of resins were almost the same. With the increase in nitrile latex amount, the plasticizing time of flocculate-tough-ened PVC gradually shortened, and the plasticizing torque and balance torque gradually increased. The flocculate-toughened PVC could successfully replace the common PVC resin and impact modifier.
