阵列探针产出剖面测井仪性能评价

摘要:针对大庆油田高含水开发期的动态监测间题,研制了新的阵列探针产出剖面测井仪。通过室内模拟井标定和235口并的现场试验评价了仪器的性能。仪器具有很好的重复性和一致性,可靠性强,测井成功率高,测量误差小,含水率平均误差小于5.0%。仪器能够在含水率高于50.0%的油水两相流的生产井中应用,尤其在流量大于10.0m/d且含水率高于95.0%的生产井中应用效果更好,含水率测量更准确。但该仪器仍然受并简产气或脱气的影响,建议增加光纤探针短节,确定流体的产气率,提高三相流体的解释精度,扩大仪器的适应范围。关键调:阵列探针;持水率;产出剖面;含水率;性能评价

Abstract: In the light of the problem of the dynamic monitoring in the high watercut development stage of Daqing Oilfield, the new production-profile logging tool with an array needle probe was developed. By the calibration in the indoor simulating well and field tests of 235 wells, the performance of the tool was evaluated. The tool is character-ized by much belter consistency and repeatability , high reliability, high logging success rate and small measurement error, and furthermore the average error of the measured water cut is less than 5. 0%. The tool can be applied in the producing wells with oil-water two-phase flow which water cut is higher than 50. 0%, especially, the operated effects are pretty better i. e, the measured watercut is more accurate for the wells which flow rate is more than 10. O m'/d and the water cut is higher than 95. 0%. However, the tool is still influenced by the produced or degassed ga ses. The optical fiber probe section is proposed to integrate in the tool to determine the gas production rate, improve the interpreted accuracy of the three-phase flow and enlarge the applied range of the instrument.
