在普通曲柄压力机上实现金属厚板精冲工艺

【摘要】在冲压领域里,金属厚板(4~12mm)精冲技术一直是个难题,它受到模具、加工机床、板料材质、热处理状态以及润滑冷却等诸多因素影响。如何低成本地完成只有在价值动就是上百万元的进口精冲机上才能冲压出来的精冲件?这可能是关系到自己产品的价格是否具有市场竞争力的关键固素。因此,企业如何有效地利用“土设备代替洋机器”

[Abstract) In thefield of stamping,the precision stamping process of thick metal plates (4~ 12mm) remains a difficult issue, which can be affected by many factors, such as stamping dies, machine tools,sheet material,heat treatment status,lubrication and cooling,etc. How to produce the precision stamping parts which can only be manufactured by the imported stamping machine worth millions of yuan at a low cost? This may be a key factor which can determine whether the product could have a competitive price in the market. Therefore,how to effectively realize the precision stamping process by using the local equipment, rather than by using the imported machines? The design and manufacture of precision stamping die of high-strength ring gear pressing plate is one of the most effective solutions.

1精冲件分析
图1所示精冲件为国外某型汽车油泵前支座油管总成法兰,厚度7mm,材料10钢,要求靠法兰端面密封,耐油压1MPa不泄露;该精冲件最大的难度在于两端孔边距太窄,以及冲裁断面要求整体光亮带。
就工艺经济性而言,如按传统工艺:普通冲裁落料→外形多次修边冲裁→钻孔两端通孔一→磨平面,此方式的缺点在于:效率低、成本高。但如能利用现有普通冲压设备,靠精冲的方式省去多次修边冲裁和钻两端通孔的工序,即可大大提高工效、降低成本。普通冲压和精冲工艺的区别如图2、图3所示。

2工艺方案的制定
由于该精冲件板料较厚、孔边距太窄,且外形断面质量要求高,故采用级进模。先冲4个孔,空1步,再落料。以中间两孔作为基准,为后工步落料时导料销对步距的精确定位。冲孔时,4个孔均留精修余量,在后工序分别对两组孔进行的冲孔修整中,先以中间两孔径定位,对两端孔圆柱面进行冲孔修整;再以两端孔径定位对中间两孔进行修整,来保证孔径尺寸及孔壁表面质量;最后一道工序,振动抛光去毛刺。
模具采用正装结构,在压料板上安装多组回弹力更强的碟形弹簧,既能保证压料所需的正压力,
