基于知识工程的曲柄压力机齿轮传动机构参数化技术研究

摘要:为了缩短机械产品的设计周期,
提高设计的效率,在SolidWos的环境下,提出了一种新型的机械产品快速设计方法,
该方法以曲柄压力机齿轮传动机构为实例,以知识工程技术为基础,并结合参数化设计方法,对主要环节进行了研究,并构建了以实例库、模板库、数据库为基础的齿轮传动机构的知识工程库。利用二次开发技术,完成了曲柄压力机齿轮传动机构的CAD设计,通过这种方法实现了机械产品的快速选型、设计及计算,同时有利于设计知识的积累和继承。

Research on parametric technology for gear transmission mechanism of
crank press based on knowledge engineering

Abstract : In onder to shorten the design cycle of mechanical produxt and improve the efficiency, a new rapid design method for mexchanical proluct was propcsed based on the SolidWorks software platfoem. For the gear transmission mechanism of erank press , based on knowledge engi-neering technology and combining with the parametric design method, the major part was studied, and the knowledge engineering base of gear transmission mechanism was eonstructed on the basis of instance base, template base and database, Furthermore, the CAD design of the gear transmission mechanism of crank press was completed by the sexondary development technology. Thus , the rapid mode selection, design and
caleulations are achieved by this approxach, and it is beneficial to the accumulation and inheritance of design knowledge. Key words : knowledge engineering; model parameterization; crank press; gear transmission mechanism
