汽车内饰前门把手后射法气辅注塑成型模具设计

摘要:以汽车内饰前门把手后射法气辅注塑成型设计为实例,通过对产品结构的分析,结合气辅注塑成型模具设计特点,详细说明了模具浇注系统、溢流槽、气道、镶件的设计以及模具的设计方案和工作过程。在产品注射过程当中采用短射法进行气体辅助注塑成型,利用气体压力实现产品空腔,同时将过剩的熔融料排入溢料槽。经生产验证,模具设计和气辅工艺控制合理,达到了产品尺寸稳定、变形小、质量轻、承载大、表面质量高的设计要求。

Abstract:Taking rear firing gas assisted injection forming design of auto-inner ornament front doorknob for example, by the analysis of product structure, combined with gas-assis-ted injection forming model design feature, thc design of mould pouring system, overflow canals, airways and inserts as well as the design solution and working process of mould were explained in detail. During the injection process, the short-injection way was adopted to as-sist the gas injcction forming. The pressure was used to form product inner cavity; mean-while, the redundant meltcd material was discharged to overflow canal. The product valida-tion suggests that the mould design and gas-assisted procceding control is reasonable. It well satisfies the design requirements of dimensional stability, less deformation, light weight, heavy bearing capacity and high surface quality
