基于修改冲压模具圆倒角R值的实践来逆向研究
汽车段差的优化方法

摘要:在新车型小批量试制阶段,模具已经完成预验收并运抵冲压现场,此时若发现车身或整车的段差值严重超出公差要求而将模具运回模具厂进行数控加工来修改模具型面尺寸,已无法满足试制和量产上市的要求。基于现场实践,修改整形模具的圆倒角R值来改变冲压件的主要关联尺寸,逐步修整段差值并最终使段差值符合公差要求和整车质量要求。同时依据现场实践成果的数据,来逆向研究倒圆角R值与段差值之间的关系,并归纳总结出段差值超标的最佳改进方法,可大大降低生产成本。关键词:段差;R角;关联尺寸;冲压模具;优化

Abstract: At the time of small batch trial-produce in the development of new vehicle, the dies have been delivered to the stamping factory. Then, if the flush of the car-body or vehi-cle was beyond the tolerance, it's not time to deliver back the dies to modify by NC ma chines. In this paper, manual-modifying of the flush by changing the radius of the chamfe ring of the sizing die was used to satisfy the requirements of tolerance and quality. Mean while, the record data and the experiments had been used for reverse study on the relation-ship between the radius of the chamfering and flush,so as to find out the best way of solving theflushproblem
