基于UG和VERICUT的塑料模嵌件数控加工

摘要:在塑料模中,嵌件的加工是常见的加工内容。为满足产品的成型要求和模具的结构要求·嵌件上经常会出现陡峭的曲面及一些深腔结构,采用传统手工编程很难实现零件的NC程序编写,这给零件的加工造成了一定难度。针对某塑料模嵌件的结构及加工难点,研究基于UG的嵌件类零件自动编程加工,并基于VERICUT仿真平台对零件进行仿真加工,查看加工中零件的过切、欠切情况,避免了实际加工中存在的碰撞、干涉等情况。

Abstract:Inplasticmould,theprocessing of inserts is common processing content.In order to meet the forming requirements of the product and the structure of the mould, Steep curved surfaces and some deep cavity structures often appear on the embedded parts , which make it difficult to writethe NC programs by the traditional manual programming,and caused a certain difficulty to parts processing . Aimed at the structure and processing diffi-culties from plastic mould insert,Theautomatic programming andprocessing of insert based onUGwasresearched,and thesimulatingmanufacturing of parts based onVERICUT was taken in this paper,check the over cut and lack cut in the processing, to avoid the collision and interference existing in the actual processing, provided some reference and feasibility for the NC machining and actual production of complex insert parts .

随着工业技术的不断发展和进步,机械产品的结构和功能越来越复杂,进而造成零件的收稿目期:2017-08-14
传统的加工方式已很难满足复杂零件的加工要求。塑料模嵌件因其具有复杂的曲面、沟槽、深腔等结构,在对其进行生产加工时,往往存在 NC程序编写困难、加工精度无法保证等问题。
