摘要:通过分析3054药帽橡胶模零件的结构特点,合理选用基准重合、定位配钻、高速配铣、精密配锤和自动装夹精车的加工工艺,优化钻铣密集孔和精车壁薄的工艺方案,采用自动装夹数控车、精密高速加工中心等手段来提高生产效率和保证产品质量。

Rubber mould processing of 3054 medicine hat

Abstract: Through analyzing the characteristics of rubber mould parts of the 3054 medicine hat, processes which contained the reasonable datum coincidence, the positioning with drill-ing, the high speed milling, the precision boring and the fine turning of automatic clamping were chosen. The technology plan of drilling, milling and boring for the intensive hole, and fine turning of thin-wall were optimized.The automatic clamping numerical control lathe, the high-speed precision machining centers were also adopted to improve the efficiency of production and ensure the quality of products.

在3054药帽橡胶模具的加工中,型腔棒桶底细小加工困难,型芯轴壁薄易变形,安装孔数量大耗时长、合模同轴度要求高。采用设计基准与加工基准重合,自动装夹数控车加工,定位配钻、高速配铣、精密配镗等工艺和手段,保证
