基于UG灯罩后壳注射模设计

【摘要】根据灯军后壳生产要求,进行了塑件外形及尺寸分析,同时使用CAE软件对浇口位置进行优化。模具采用一模两腔,点浇口,直通循环式水道布置,顶杆设计了防转结构,对脱模困难之处,设计了侧抽芯与斜顶。由于塑件是曲面壳体,为了提高模具的合模精度,防止出现错位现象,采用碰穿设计代替虎口设计。本模具设计对同类零件的模具设计有一定参考价值与指导意义。

[Abstract] According to production requirements of rear cover of lampshade , the plastic parts of the shape and the size were analysed. Meanwhile, gate location was optimized by using CAE software. Mold was designed with one module and two cavities, pin point gate, through the circulation channel layout.Structure of preventing rotation was designed for thimble. To Smoothly launch products, the side core pulling and Inclined pulling were designed. Due to the plastic part is a curved surface shell, in order to improve the mould clamping accuracy to prevent dislocation phenomenon, tigermouth design was instead of touchweared design. The die design has a certain reference value and guiding significance for mold design of similar parts.

本塑件为灯罩后壳,因与灯罩前壳配合,精度要求高,在使用过程中要求能抗冲击、耐磨,外观要求美观。采用ABS作为材料,塑件的外形及尺寸如图1所

示,塑件长宽为112.580×57.048mm,平均厚度为2mm。为了不影响外观及容易分离冷凝料.采用点浇口。
如图2及图3塑件正反面造型,塑件比较复杂,其中有3处无法通过上下脱模顺利取出塑件,
