防护罩砂型铸造模加工与温度场
有限元分析

摘要:以一种防护军为研究对象,根据图形的解析几何性质列出特殊点坐标值的非线性方程组,使用二分选代法建立了方程组求解各值的数学模型。在编程软件中编制计算器,完成持殊点坐标值的计算,并且编写了防护军砂型铸造模的数控车削加工程序,在有限元分析软件中选行建模,充分考虑铸铁和型砂材料的导热系数、密度等,对整个铸造模型进行了瞬态温度场的有限元模拟,得出了温度场分布云图,根据温度场云图确定了铸件的冷却时间。

Abstract: Taking the protective cover as a research object, the nonlinearity equations for co-ordinate value of pivotal points were listed according to the graphic nature of analytic ge-ometry, and the mathematical model for solving the value in the equations was established by using the bisected iteration method. A calculator was compiled in programming software to accomplish the calculation of special point coordinate value, and the NC tuming machin ing program of sand casting mold for protective cover was written. Using the finite ele ment analysis software to establish the model, the thermal conductivity, density of iron and sand should be taken a full consideration. Finally, the finite element simulation of transient temperature distribution for the whole casting mode was carried out, and the temperature field distribution cloud atlas was obtained, also the cooling time was confirmed according to the temperature field

0引言
防护罩主要用于防尘、防碰撞等,是日常生活中常见的零件之一,防护罩结构如图1所示,由直线段、圆弧段和棚圆弧段组成.通过4个螺钉与机器连接。因为该防护罩是大批量铸造生产,从耐磨角度考虑,砂型铸造模选用铝合金材料成型。砂型铸造模的数控加工中,坐标值计算是一个复杂的过程,需要计算特殊点坐标值。温度场在防护罩铸造过
