面向冰箱内胆真空成型模的
个性化定制设计研究

摘要:针对当前制造业中由客产指定产品参数的个性化定制需求,提出了面向冰箱内胆真空成型模的个性化设计方案。根据客户对产品个性化需求,对于零件之问尺寸约束关系规律性较强的模型采用基于装配体的设计方式:对于家件之间尺寸约关系规律性较弱的模型采用添加参数化的设计方式;并介绍了基于SolidWorks2012开发冰箱内胆真空成型模专用个性化设计系统。经实例分析证
明,该系统能够快速完成冰箱内胆真空成型模个性化定制,有效减少了设计人员的重复性工作。关键词:冰箱内胆;真空成型模;模块化;个性化设计;SolidWorks;装配

Abstract: Aiming at the demands of personalized customization of the product parameters that the customer specified in the current manufacturing industry, a personalized design scheme for the vacuum forming mould of refrigerator liner was put forward. According to the personalized needs of the customers, firstly, the
design that based on assembly that
was adopted for the models with strong regularity of the size constrained relationships be-tween the components. Secondly, the models with weak regularity of size constrained rela-
tionship between the components
were
design
by
using
the method of adding parametric
components. Finally, a set of personalized design system for vacuum forming mould was de-veloped based on SolidWorks 2012 software.
The practical experiment proved that it could
achieve the personalized customization of vacuum forming mould rapidly, which reduced the repeated work of designers effectively
