高速公路视频监控在iOS移动终端平台上的实现

要:视频监控是高速公路应急指挥系统中必不可少的组成部分,随着计算机、网络、图像处理与传输技术的快速发展,尤其是移动3G通信网络的广泛覆盖以及各种智能终端平台的不断成熟,为其从传统的有线网络监控转移到无线移动监控提供了更为经济便捷的实现途径。研究了移动视频监控的关键技术,借助于公共的3G网络服务接口,针对苹果公司iOS平台iPad移动终端设备,实现了无线通信方式下基于实时地理信息的高速公路视频监视
的作用及应用前景,指出了移动智能终端上视频应急指挥的发展方向。关键词:视频监控;流媒体;iOS平台:3G通信:智能终端

Abstract; As an indispensable part of expressway emergency decision systems, with the rapid development of computers, net-works, image processing and transmission technologies, especially, the wide coverage of 3G public mobile communication net work and continual development of various smart terminal platforms, video surveillance has got a more economical and conven-ient approach to switching from traditional wired network surveillance to wireless mobile surveillance. This paper discusses asaaeaanaessaada aeioeaaeaaeanaaiioo anooraaao tem under the wireless communication environment based on the access to 3G public network service interface and utilization of iPad mobile terminal devices running the Apple iOS system. The system framework and the key technical measures are de-tailed, This paper also looks into the value and application prospect of interactive video in future spot-emergency decision mak ing and points out the developing direction of the visual emergency decision making with mobile smart terminals.

视频监控作为一种防范能力较强的综合系统,以其方便、直观、信息内容丰富而广泛应用于民用安全、城市交通等各领域,一直是高速公路应急指挥系统的重要组成部分。随着信息化时代的到来和云概念的提出,传统的有线网络视频监控已经不能满足用户日益增长的多元化的需求["]。
移动视频监控,依托于现代移动通信的发展,将网络视频监控与智能移动终端相结合,不仅克服了普通
