【摘要】介绍了邯邦市学院北路中华南大街与南环路段 2000m部分的建筑外观改造和景观设计对现状中存在的诸多问题如：建筑屋顶造型、建筑色影、规范广告位、规整空调机位等提出建设性意见，通过对部郸市学院北路既有建筑外观改造和景观设计提升了城市建设水平和建筑艺术品位，改善人居环境，

[Abstract] When Hebei Province carry on the movement of"great change in three years", The entire province tries to renovate the cities appearance and promote the cities image. This design completes the elevation transformation and landscape design ofXueyuanbei street between Zhonghua street and Nanhuan street in Handan, which is 2 kilometer. The block includingpublic buildings, residence houses, a workshop and street corner gardens. We offer some constructive comments in some questions whichexists in the presentsituation, for example: The roof modelling, the color of building, the standard advertisement position, the plane air conditioning. Through already has the construction outward appearance transformation and the landscape design to the Handan Institute north road promotes the urban construction level and architecture art, improves the environment,causes this block tobecome one of Handan

1.1城市美化运动的起源
“城市美化运动”（CityBeautifiulMovement)的根源可以追潮到欧洲16世纪～19世纪的巴洛克城市设计，经典的例子包括拿破伦三世的巴黎重建和维也那的环城景观带。而城市美化运动作为一种城市规划和设计思潮，则发源于美国。
“城市美化运动”强调规则、几何、古典和唯美主义，尤其强调把这种城市的规整化和形象设计作为改善城市物质环境和提高社会秩序及道德水平的主要途径。在本世纪初的前十年中，城市美化运动不同程地影响了几乎所有美国和加拿大的主要城市。从倡导者的愿望来说，城市美化应包括至少以下几方
