【摘要】为满足城市发展及居民文化生活需求，保留城市文脉与历史根基，将公共景观设计纳入长江路历史文化街区保护与再生的研究之中，以可持续设计的理念，从具有高度的新额视角重型城市形象，保留成市记忆，并总结归纳出历史文化街区公共景观的保护与再生设计模式。

1引言
城市发展日新月异，城市基础设施建设必须满足其物质与精神要求。为抢救城市历史文化文脉，2012年3月13日公布的(南京历史文化名城保护规划(2010—2020)》划定了9片历史文化街区。如何让这些位于城市中心地段、土地与文化价值较高的街区免遭拆除的厄运，在城市的发展中寻求对文化根基的保护，在保护与发展中求得平衡，实现历史文化街区公【基金项目】南京市智学社会科学规划资助谋题：南京长江路历史文化街区公共景观的保护与再生设计研究(15WO4)

共景观形式的保护、生态系统的恢复及文化的再生与发展，是南京城市发展的过程中需要面对及妥善解决的问题。
2南京长江路历史文化街区背景与公共景观现状
作为南京市区东西向的1条交通要道，长江路北与珠江路平行，南临中山东路，西起中山路，东至龙蟠中路，全长共 1821m、均宽43m，是1条具有浓郁的历史文化底蕴，兼具现代文化气息的重要街区。在20世纪30年代进行拓宽之后直没有进行统一的规划改造，目前街区公共景观状况已经无法满足城市建设发展的需要。本文研究以太平南路与长江路
