【摘要}人类自古择水而居，文昌潮(萌山水库)水面开阔，碧波荡漾，环潮山密起伏，潮光山色，景色怡人，以文昌湖（萌山水库)为核心，建设文昌潮旅游度叙区，是淄博市委、市政府为加快转方式调结构，推进统筹城乡发展，提升淄博城市综合竞争力而作出的重大战略决策，电是全围范图内以水利枢组设施为载体建设新城镇的示范区，建立“数字文昌湖"管理信息平台，对于提升文昌湖旅游度假区城镇管理水平，促进招商引资，推动经济发展有着深选的意义，为节约资源、保护环境和区城可持续发展提供决策支持。
