一种曲面印刷机自动送料叠料计数系统的开发

摘要:研究开发一种曲面印剧机的自动送料叠料计数系统,适应曲面印刷机多材质、多规格形状医柱或圆维形承印件传输的需要。送料装置传料头的安装精度高,便于高速送料。送料装置和接料装置的位置调节机构、承印件直径调节机构,可在不停机状态下快速、准确、同步完成调节,有效地减少操作环节,提高工作效率。接料装置的接料压料凸轮以其特殊的构造并配合成品叠料通道和接料送料槽装置设计,解决了直径大于高度的承印件自动接料叠料难题。成晶叠料通道和接料送料槽装置的可调弹性校正装置保证了承印件不意外下滑、倒翻。送料槽装置在驱动装置的驱动下,推料槽板通过摆动交替地形成水平状态和倾斜状态,解决了接科装置和收科装置之闻衔接问同题。

Abstract: Research and development of a curved surface printing machine automatic feeding and counting system, to adapt to the surface printing machine, multi material, multi specification shape cylindrical or conical substrate transmission needs. Installation of precision feeding device for transmission mechanism of high speed feeding, The position adjusting mechanism of the feeding device and the receiving devioe and the adjusting mechanism of the printing piece diumeter can be quickly, accurately and synchrunously under the condition of no stopping machine, and can effectively redace the operation link and improve the working efficiency. The material feeding cam of the receiving device is designed with the special structure of the finished product material feeding channel and the material feeding trough device, which solves the problem that the automatic material feeding and stacking problem of the printing piece with a diameter larger than the height is solved. The adjustable elastic correcting device of the finished product stack channel and the feeding trough device
ensures that the printing piece does not fall unexpectedly,revers
over. The feeding trough plate is driven by the driving device to
fom a horizontal state and an inclined state through the swing altermately, and the connection problem between the receiving device and the receiving device is solved.

曲面印刷装备是印刷装备的一种,其特点是
应用于曲面物体上印刷而非平面上印刷,主要应用于圆柱、锥面、罐面、圆柱瓶盖等物品表面上印刷字体和图案等。采用曲面印机为圆柱或圆锥形包装容器(如杯、碗等)外壁印刷文字、图案时,其承印件传输系统通常包括印前的分料、送料,印后的接料、叠料、出料和点数等功能。

传统结构的分料送料接料装置,为适应不同规格形状的承印件分料送料时需要调节移动螺头间距,调整麻烦,精度差,工作效率低。接料叠料通道大多以两侧凹凸传送带、上方校正杆或弹性毛刷、下方传送带或滑道等方式接料叠料,对于高度直径比小的矮杯及碗就难以实现自动、高速接料和叠料,往往要通过手工捡杯。
