跨区域电力组网技术在BZ34-9项目中的应用

摘要:常规海上平台供电模式以孤岛电网为主,
由于旅岛电网系统容量小,备用机组多,抗冲
击性能差,已不能满足海上油气图持续滚动开发要求。针对海上平台电网特点,分析其电力组网条件,并以BZ34-9油用项目为例,通过BZ34-9CEPA将渤中28-3/4电网与整利电网进行跨区城电力组网,形成了包括3种型号发电机机组、20台发电机,装机容量218.5MW,覆盖27座平台(包括6座电站平台)的大型海上电网,提高了各平台供电可靠性和稳定性。该项目的实施,不仅解决了油田自身的用电需求,还为周边10~20km范围内油图未来的开发创造了有利条件,降低直接工程投资及后期操作费用近2.6亿元

The Application of the Cross-region Power Grid Interlink Technology in BZ34-9 Project Wang Wanxu, Feng Yuan, Chen Fengbo, Zhou Xingang, Jin Qiu, Shi Wei, Ma Jinxi
Abstract: The conventional power supply mode on offshore platforms is mainly the isolated mode, but it cannot satisfy the rolling development requirement of offshore oil and gas fields for its small system capacity , too more spare units and poor ability to resist impact. According to the characteristics of the power grid on offshore platforms, conditions of its power grid interlink are analyzed. Taking BZ349 project as an example, the cross=region power grid interlink composed of Bozhong 283/4 and Kenli power grids is set through BZ349CEPA, which is a huge offshore power grid with 3 kinds of genera tor sets, 20 generators, a installed capacity of 218.5 MW and the coverage of 27 pletforms (including 6 power station platforms), improving the reliability and stability of power supply on those platforms. The project not only solves the electricity demand of the oilfield, but also provides favorable conditions for the further development within a range of 1020 km around the oilfield. At the same time it can directly decrease the project investment and later running fee by about 0.26 billion yuan.

目前我国海上油气田一般的供电模式是在油气田中心平台新建独立电站,通过海底电缆向周围井口平台供电"。各个油气田群电力系统相互独立,各自形成一个具备发、输、配电功能的孤岛电网。其缺点是系统容量小,供电可靠性差,抗冲击性能差,备用机组多。随着海上油气开采规模的不断扩大,生产模式逐渐由传统的单平台作业发展为油田群开采。油田群开采模式可有效降低平台建设、运行和维护成本2-3]。本文以BZ34-9油田项目为例,分析该平台周围所有电站资源,对电力系统进行统一规划,实现了渤海地区跨区域电力资源的共享,合理利用了发电机组,提高了系统的稳定性,减少

渤海地区电力组网现状
渤海油田群已建成的海上终端各自都配有独立的电站,各油田通过自备电站为中心平台和井口平台供电。中海石油(中国)有限公司天津分公司于2007年5月开展了渤海油田电力组网的研究,目前已完成了6个区域的电力组网(表1)。以绥中 36-1为例,组网后绥中电网形成了由16台发电机组成、装机容量为193MW、覆盖22座平台的大型海上电网。
