氟铝酸中温钎剂钎焊铝合金的润湿性研究

摘要:与传统Nocolok钎剂相比,氟铝酸艳钎剂具有更低的熔点,对铝镁合金活性更强。为了研究由Honeywell公司提供的氯铝酸铠舒钎剂的使用条件,通过流布试验和钎料润湿试验,采用宏观和金相组织观测的方法分析了在不同条件钾剂的流布状态以及钎剂辅助作用下,Zn-20%A1钎料对铝合金的润湿性。结果表明,钎剂的挥发性较强,其流布面积对铝合金的活性均受到钎剂加热速度的影响。加热速度慢时,钎剂在1060纯铝表面的流布面积较小,凝固后表面可以看到深浅不一的两层:提高加热速度可以显著提高钎剂的流布面积。在氟铝酸铠钎剂辅助作用下,Zn-20%A1钎料可以润湿铝合金,润湿性随铝合金镁含量升高而下降;提高加热速度,钎料对铝合金的润湿性显著提高。

Abstract: Compared with traditional Nocolok flux, brazing flut of CsF-AlF, compound exhibits lower melting temperature and is more active on aluminum magnesium alloys. To investigate the using conditions of the modified CsF-AlF, flux supplied by Honeywell International, the distribution of the molten flux and the wetting characteristic of Zn-20%Al filler metal on aluminum alloys with the aid of CsF-AIF, brazing flux under different conditions were analyzed using macrosopic and microstructure observations. The results indicate that the flux is strong in volatility. The distribution and activity on aluminum alloys are under the influence of the heating rate. With low heating rate, the spread of flux on 1060 pure Al is limited. Two separated layers are observed on the surface after solidification; The spread significantly improves after increasing the heating rate With the aid of CsF-AlF, flux, Zn-20%A1 filler metal is able to wet the surface of Al alloys. The wettability decreases when the Mg content in the Al alloys increases, and improves significantly when the lheating rate is increased.
