高层民用建筑结构设计的几点思考

[摘要]随着城市建设的飞快发展，土地资源的短缺和人口的不新增长等因素导致民用建筑用地日益紧缺，建筑物高度增加是解决这个问题的必然速径。建效物的功能和使用的变化使其结构也发生史化，高层结构设计研究是高后建筑设计的重要组成部分。论文就高后建筑结构设计中的一些间题进行讨论。
[Abstract]wWith the rapid development of urban construction, the shortage of land resources and the continuous growth of population led tc the shortage ofcivil construction land. The increase ofbuilding height is the necessary way to solve the problem. The change ofthe fiunction and the use ofthe building willmakethe structure change. This paper discusses some problems in the design ofhigh-rise building structure, and thc trend of architectural design gives his own views, mainly involves three aspects, namely: building structure design principles, architecturc design and safety design goals

高层民用建筑有适用范围广、功能强大的优点。其设计是一项系统而复杂的工作，责任重大。《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ3—2010)规定，10层及以上混凝土结构的建筑物或高度大于28m的佳宅建筑，和其他高度超过24m非住宅民用建筑均属于高层建筑。随着建筑高度的增加，建筑结构的设计和建筑功能也越来越复杂。因此，高层建筑的设计是其建设过程中的重要环节，对建筑的结构以及设备等方面进行合理的设计能有效地保证高层建筑的适用性、经济性、合理性和美观性。因此，建筑结构设计必须慎重参考设计重点和国家

2关于高层建筑结构设计的思考 2.1高层建筑结构设计的原则
在高层建筑的土工程设计过程中，有的设计师过于注重结构计算，而忽略了特殊的具体的要求。有时建筑师最终完成的建筑设计方案，没有充分结合当地的文化特色和居民的生活习惯，所以，应严格要求高层建筑的设计，应避免设计的高部限性、不规范性甚至安全旧题。另外，要严格遵循相关标准中的高层建筑的设计参数和原则，包括结构选型时的结构简图，必须确保误差在规范规定的范围内；确保高层建筑的结构安全稳定，并充分考虑高层建筑的施工状况。总之，设计师要充分考虑建筑的各种影响因素，包括可承受的荷载、是否满足施工条件、气候变化、相邻建筑物的采光等。
