萨南油田三元驱开发区块降投资技术措施高立新
摘要:随着三元复合驱的大规模推进,产能建设投资的压力逻渐加大,初步推算萨南油田某区块按地面工程投资计算的单并指标为200多万元,按建成产能计算的地面工程百万吨产能投资已超过50亿元。通过采用优化总体方案、大型站场标准化布站模式、丛式井平台设计、合岗设计、集中监控及标准化设计等优化简化技术,能够大幅度提高生产管理水平,降低建设授资及运行成本,有效缓解产能投资压力,同时也为油图地面工程优化简化技术的进一步提高和完善提供依据和参考,

construction is gradually increasing. According to the preliminary calculation, the single well index of a block of Sa'nan Oilfield calculated by surface engineering investment is over 2 million RMB, and the investment in the surface engineering capability of millions of tons has been over 5 billion RMB. With the application of optimization and simplification technologies, such ds the overall optimization scheme, standardized location mode of largescale stations, design of cluster well platforms, design of postmerge, centralized monitoring and standardized design, the production and management level of ASP flooding system can be greatly improved, its construction investment and operation costs can be reduced, and the investment pressure of productivity can be effectively relieved, providing ground and references for the further improvement and perfection of the optimization and simplification technolo gies for oilfield surface engineering at the same time

近年来,随着聚驱、三元复合驱和高浓度聚合
物驱的大规模推进,产能建设投资也逐年增加,控制投资的压力也逐年加大。在油田整体开发建设效益越来越差的情况下,以往常用的地面各系统的工艺技术已出现了明显的不适应状况。因此,积极推进地面工艺优化简化,有效控制投资、降低成本是当前面临的紧迫任务,也是实现油田可持续发展的必然要求"。为此,在满足油田开发要求的前提下,围绕产能建设并展了方案研究图,积极开展了地面工艺技术的优化简化工作,从而有效地控制了产能建设投资,取得了降投资、降成本的良好效果图。

三元复合驱地面工艺现状
截至目前,萨南开发区已建成功能较为完善的地面工程系统,涵盖了油气集输、污水处理与注水、聚合物配制与注人等油田开发生产工艺环节,基本适应了油田开发形势,满足了油田开发需要。
转油(放水)站、脱水站的工艺较为成熟,能够满足生产开发需求。供、注水及聚合物配注工艺基本能够满足油由现阶段并发需求,但随者三次采油的进一步推广,不仅污水处理工艺表现出明显的不适应性,有待进一步完善和提高,而且地面建设投资的压力也随之增大。
