摘要:在海上油气田开发工程中,工程方案影响着项目的工艺流程设计,尤其是天然气和原油管输的要求决定着工艺流程设计指标的要求。结合某海上气田开发项目,对海上气图开发工程方案、海上平台工艺流程和海上平台低压闪蒸气回收利用方案进行研究。通过对不同闪蒸气回收利用方案的比选以及经济效益比较,确定了海上气田凝析油稳定流程产生低压闪蒸气回收利用方案。通过研究发现,凝析油稳定流程产生的低压闪蒸气LPG含量较高,增压后输往陆上终端进一步回收轻烃经济效益更好;闪蒸气压缩冷却后产生的凝液主要含量为LPG和水,在开发工程方案允许的前提下,凝液深度脱水后应增压输往陆上终端回收轻烃,收益将十分显著

Abstract: The development plan of the offshore gas field affects the process design, and the require ments of pipeline transportation of oil and gas decide the processing index of the process especially. Based on an offshore gas field project, the recovery and utilization of flash gas to offshore platform were studied. Two solutions were studied on the recovery and utilization of flesh gas generated from the sta bilization process of the offshore gas field, and the process simulation software HYSYS wes used. The flash gas generated from the stabilization process is rich with LPG, which could achieve better econom ic benefits if being transported to the onshore terminel to recovery the light hydrocarbon. The conden sate separated from the compressed gas mainly contains LPG and water, if permitted by the develop ment plan, being transported to the onshore terminal to recovery light hydrocarbon after deep dewater ing could gains benefits significantly.

在海上油气田开发工程中,海上平台的原油/ 凝析油处理设有简单的脱水流程和稳定流程。原油稳定的目的是脱除油品中轻组分,降低油品的饱和蒸汽压,减少油品在储存过程中的蒸发损耗-4。在原油/凝析油稳定流程中,分离器闪蒸出来的低压闪蒸气通常为富气,目前海上平台低压闪蒸气利用主要有以下几种:①通过伴生气压缩机增压后作为燃料气,供海上平台透平发电机发电:(②通过增用压缩机增压后,经上岸输气海管外输至陆上终端处理厂进一步处理;③通过海上平台泄放系统,泄放至火炬系统直接燃烧
海上平台闪蒸气的利用方式需要与油气田的整体开发方案结合起来考虑,通过比选确定内蒸气的利用方案,本文以国内某海域气田开发为例,探讨
