摘要:为解决H,S处理剂在适用性评价过程中检测标准及技术指标不规范、产品名称混乱、检测方法及装置不统一、与实际生产需要有差距等问题,采用自主设计的硫化氢处理装置和吸收器,对新疆油图现用8种H,S处理剂的脱殖效果和硫容进行室内评价,并通过检测管法及碘量法检测H,S含量进行对比实验。实验结果表明:采用检测管法,其可溶性疏化物去除率≥95.1%、残余疏化氢质量浓度≤5.7mg/m、殖容≥37.3mg/L;采用碘量法,其可溶性硫化物去除率≥ 95.5%、残余硫化氢质量浓度≤5.1mg/m"、疏容37.5mg/L;新疆油图现用H,S处理剂基本上可以满足油田生产需要,其可溶性殖化物去除率均大于90%,有两种H,S处理剂经评价残余硫化氢

Study on the Laboratory Evaluation of the Liquid Treatment Agent for H,S Ding Xianghua, Yang Yang, Peng Jian, Yang Lianyu, Shi Rui, Zhang Guilian
Abstract: In order to solve problems that in the adaptability evaluation process of the treatment agent for H,S, the inspection standards and technical specifications are not standardized, the product name is confused, detection methods and devices are not unified, and there is gap between the actual pro duction needs and the process, the independently designed treatment device and absorber for H,S are used to conduct the laboratory evaluation on the desulfurization effect and sulfur capacity of 8 kinds of treatment agents for H,S that currently used in Xinjiang Oilfield, and the comparison experiment of de tecting content of H,S by the detection tube method and iodometric method is conducted. The experi mental results show that using the detection tube method, the soluble sulfide removal rate is not less than 95.1%, the mass concentration of residual hydrogen sulfide is less than or equal to 5.7 mg/m", and the sulfur capacity is greater than or equal to 37.3 mg/L; using the iodometric method, the removal rate of soluble sulfide is not less than 95.5% , the mass concentration of residual hydrogen sulfide is less thar or equal to 5.1 mg/m', and the sulfur capacity is greater than or equal to 37.5 mg/L: the H,S treatment agents currently used in Xinjiang Oilfield can basicelly meet the needs of oilfield production, and the
soluble sulfide removel rate of each agent is over 90%
