燃气-蒸汽联合循环电站在海上油气田开发中的应用

摘要:伴随着海上油气图的滚动开发,海上采油平台的用电负荷不断增加,需要增加电站来满足生产的需求。充分利用已建设施,降低投资是油气图项目的开发重心。燃气一蒸汽联合循环发电技术将燃气轮机的排气废热作为蒸汽轮机循环的加热热源,提高了燃气轮机的综合热效率,发出的电力作为海上油固电网的补充,支持海上油气田的开发。为实现南海某近海海上油电网电站经济运行并考虑到电站备用机的轮换运行,推荐采用燃气一蒸汽联合循环电站向海上供电作为WHPK平台的供电方案,最大工况下在陆上终端及海上各备用1台燃气轮机发电机组。燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电技术在南海油气田的应用表明,该项技术具有合理性和良好的经济性,可有效推动节能减排工作,

Application of Gas-steam Combined Cycle Power Stations in the Development of Off shore Gas and Oil Fields

Abstract: Along with the rolling development of gas and oil fields, the electrical load of platforms is increasing, so new power stations are needed to satisfy production demand. Making the most of exist ing facilities and reducing investment have become the key point of oil and gas field projects. Through using the gas steam combined cycle power generating technology, the exhaust heat produced by the gas turbine could be used to heat the steam turbine, which incredses the integrated thermal efficiency of the gas turbine, provides supplementary electricity for offshore oil power grids and supports the devel opment of the offshore oil and gas field.To achieve the economical operation of offshore power grids and stations for gas and oilfields, and to help the rotation operation of spare units in power stations, a spare gas turbine power set should be ready onshore and offshore respectively under maximum operation condition, Application of the gas=stedm combined cycle power generating technology in Nanhai Qil-field shows that the technology is reasonable and economical, and also effectively promotes the energy conservation and emissions reduction.

海上油气田开发时通常要在海上平台设置电站,并以油气田伴生气或者原油作为燃料为此平台或周边平台提供电力。当使用燃气轮机发电机组时,天然气燃料能量除用于发电外,大部分热能都通过燃气轮机尾部排出的烟气直接进入大气层,不仅造成了环境污染,而且增加了二氧化碳的排放。
伴随海上油气田的滚动开发,海上油气田的用电缺口不断加大,需要通过新增电站的方式来弥补,如何更有效依托现有设施,降低工程投资是电
