钾铜铈锆复合金属氧化物催化氧化碳烟颗粒的研究

摘要:利用自蔓延高温然烧合成法(SHS)在商用空白催化型荣油颗粒过滤器(CDPF)载体上涂覆制备了一系列CuCeZrOz--及KCuCeZrO,-a催化剂,并利用碳烟颗粒快速加载装置对CDPF载体加载,以模拟真实的柴油机碳烟颗粒情况。程序升温氧化活性测试结果显示:CuCeZrO2-催化剂在
在铜(Cu)成分为90%时有最好的氧化活性;加入钾(K)之后,碳烟颗粒的低温氧化活性得到进一步改善,在K取代Cu含量的20%时活性最佳。研究表明:这两种催化剂有望取代责金属Pt成为新型非责金属CDPF催化剂。

Abstract: A series of CuCeZrO,-s and KCuCeZrO,- catalysts have been one step synthesized and coated in commercial blank CDPF vectors by self propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS) method, and soot particles are loaded with a PM fast loading device to CDPF vectors to simulate the real diesel condi-tion of carbon soot particles. Temperature programmed oxidation activity test results show that the catalyst CuCeZrO,- oxidized particles through the low temperature oxidation of NO to NO, in the 800 × 10 - NO/ 6. 5% O,/ N, mixed gas. The one with 90% of Cu had the best oxidation activity. After the addition of K, the low temperature oxidation activity of the particles was further improved, and the catalysts with 20% K replaced of 90% Cu had the best activity. The above two catalysts could replace noble metal Pt tc be a new kind of non-noble metal CDPF catalyst.

柴油机排放的碳烟颗粒已经对环境造成了严重的影响。减少碳烟颗粒排放的方法之一是利用催化型柴油机颗粒过滤器(CDPF)过滤碳烟颗粒,然后通过催化氧化NO生成的高氧化性NO,来氧化碳
烟颗粒"],从而实现CDPF中的碳烟颗粒再生。国内外对多种CDPF催化剂进行了研究,包括铈(Ce)基催化剂中加入过渡金属催化剂[39)、贵金属催化剂[24]、过渡金属催化剂(]和熔融盐[]等。目前商业常用的CDPF催化剂是铂(Pt)催化剂,但是Pt的价格昂贵,成本过高,急须研发出新型
