基于频率解调方法的柴油机瞬时转速信号计算

摘要:分别采用计数法和频率解调法得到了荣油机的瞬时转速。比较表明:计数法得到的结果时间分辨率取决于齿轮齿数,因此时间分辨率差;计数法的幅值误差主要取决于采样频率,因此需要很高的采样频率。而频率解调法得到的瞬时转速时间分辨率取决于采样频率,时间分辨率好;频率解调法误差主要来源于采样噪声和信号处理过程,该方法不需要很高的采样频率,可用于实时获取瞬时转速值。

Abstract: Instantaneous rotational speed of diesel engine is calculated by using counting method and Hilbert transform method, respectively. The results show that time resolution ratio obtained by counting method is limited by number of gear teeth, thus is not accurate. The amplitude error is significantly influ-enced by sample frequency , which needs to be very high to insure small error. Time resolution ratio of in-stantaneous rotational speed obtained by frequency demodulation method depends on sample frequency, so it is much more accurate. The error by frequency demodulation method mainly comes from noise and signals processing procedures, and therefore doesnt need high sample frequency, and is applicable in ob-taining instantaneous rotational speed value.

柴油机转速按测量转角大小可分为平均转速、循环转速和瞬时转速。平均转速是在一段时间内曲轴转过的圈数与时间的比值;循环转速是柴油机个工作循环内的平均转速:瞬时转速是柴油机任意时刻的瞬时转速。因此,平均转速、循环转速与瞬时转速的差别就在于取平均的时间不同,面瞬时转
速最能反映柴油机的工作状态。
四冲程柴油机各缸按进气、压缩、做功、排气的过程循环工作,作用在曲轴上的扭矩周期性变化,瞬时转速也有规律地变化。柴油机工作过程的特点决定了柴油机转速必然存在波动,只能采用各种控制措施,保证在柴油机正常运转时,转速波动在适当的范围内。这些措施包括:提高调速器性能,保证各缸工作均匀;增大轴系的转动惯量
