某船用柴油机调速特性瞬态仿真分析

摘要:某高速荣油机用作船用发电机组原动机时,对瞬态性能有较高的要求,而原荣油发电机组为3级调速精度,现须提高到2级调速精度。建立了该机一维瞬态仿真模型,并根据该机稳态试验数据及机组瞬态试验数据进行标定;基于原机调速精度指标与目标要求的差距,提出了该机调速精度优化方法。仿真计算验证了该优化方案切实有效,优化后该机调速精度满足2级调速精度要求。关键词:船用柴油机;发电机组;调速特性

Abstract: To be used as marine generation sets, a certain marine diesel has high requirement regarding to the transient performance. However, the speed goverming accuracy of the original diesel gensets was degree 3, and needed to be improved to degree 2. The 1D transient simulation model was built and cali-brated by both steady and dynamic engine testing data. With regard to the gap between the speed gover-ning performance of the original gensets and targeted requirement, the optimization method of improving speed goveming accuracy was put forward. The method was verified to be feasible and practical through

引言
某船用柴油机在匹配不同电机时须根据调速精
度要求调整机组的惯量情况及调速器的控制参数。本文采用瞬态仿真计算手段研究该船用柴油发电机组由3级调速精度提高到2级调速精度的优化方法,以缩短机组调速精度优化周期及降低试验成本。
柴油机技术参数
该船用柴油机为V型12缸机,分为A列和B 列,每列6缸。采用MPC增压方式,每列连接一台增压器,共两台增压器。该机主要技术参数如表
