Abstract: Guangzhou Diesel Engine Factory Co. , Ltd has been devoted to the development of medium-speed diesel engines which have self-owned intellectual property rights. The construction characteristics and advanced technical performances of G32 diesel engine are introduced emphatically, as well as the technical measures for the reduction of NO, emissions and the test conditions. Moreover, the development of natural gas engine and a new series diesel engines are presented, and thereafter the technical solutions for the development and realization of the new generation of medium-speed diesel engines with the charac-teristics of energy-saving, eco-friendly and high-reliability are discussed.

1广州柴油机厂股份有限公司简介
建于1911年，前身为协同和机器厂，1915年制造出中国第一台船用柴油机（图1），2010年改制，更名为广州柴油机厂股份有限公司（GDF）。
二十世纪七十年代与华南工学院、广东工学院合作，成功开发6320ZCd柴油机，并在1977年荣获国家科学奖；之后陆续开发6320ZCd-2/4/-6、 8320ZCd-4/-6/-8、12V320ZCd型柴油机。
二十世纪九十年代和七一一研究所合作开发 6230ZC柴油机，并陆续开发6230ZC-4、8230ZC、 8230ZC-4等型柴油机。

自主品牌G32柴油机介绍
2007年，与七一一研究所共同研制、开发成
功目前国内强化度最高、整体性能优越的6G32柴油机（图2），在此基础上公司又陆续开发了 6G32A、8G32、8G32A、9G32等型柴油机。目前已有100多台投人使用。
