基于气固耦合的Klinkenberg效应
对单孔瓦斯抽采的影响研究

摘要:通过耦合方程建立应力场和瓦斯运移场之间的耦合关系,得到考虑Klinkenberg效应和不考虑Klinkenberg效应时两种气一固全耦合模型的控制方程组,分别应用于同一单孔瓦斯抽采数值模型,对比分析了Klinkenberg效应对瓦斯压力、渗透率和孔隙率动态变化的影响规律,结果表明:Klinkenberg 效应通过增大煤层渗透率,有助于瓦斯抽采,且随抽采时间的延长效果更加显著;煤化程度较高的煤在抽采时间较长(大于4个月)时需要考虑Klinkenberg效应的影响;由于渗流场和应力场的强耦合作用,孔隙率、渗透率、煤层瓦斯压力受抽采作用的影响范围同步变化。

Abstract: The coupling relationship between stress field and gas migration field was built by the coupling equation, and the control equation sets of two kinds of gassolid full coupling model with and without considering the Klinkenberg effect were obtained, they were respectively applied to the numerical model of the same singlehole gas drainage, and the influence of the Klinkenberg effect on the dynamic change of the gas pressure, permeability and porosity of the coal seam was analyzed. The results showed that the Klinkenberg effect was helpful for gas drainage by increasing the permeability of the coal seam, and the effect was more significant with the prolongation of the drainage time; the influence of the Klinkenberg effect should be aaouane (suo aro o aep ao pe oeag[eo o aap a eon og parapisuo the porosity, permeability and gas pressure of the coal seam changed simultaneously due to the strong coupling between the seepage field and stress field.

瓦斯运移过程是一个极为复杂的固气耦合动态问题【],我国相关研究人员建立了多种煤层瓦斯运移渗流场与应力场的耦合模型,并采用数值计算方法进行了求解(3-7)。煤层瓦斯运移过程存在吸附解吸、Klinkenberg,以及煤基质收缩、菲克扩散等多种效应[8-9],耦合模型对各种效应考虑的全面程度,决定了模型的复杂性和准确性。目前建立的耦合模型对是否考虑Klinkenberg效应的处理方法并不一致,因此对同一瓦斯运移物理模型,对比研究是否考虑
