低磷钢半钢炼钢过程中控磷工艺研究

摘要:介绍了转炉炼钢脱磷反应的条件、半钢炼钢深脱磷工艺的要求。通过分析转炉脱磷反应的冶金条件,优化炉渣碱度、熔池搅拌强度、出钢温度等工艺参数,研究了半钢炼钢过程中三种低磷钢的控磷生产工艺,为转炉脱磷操作创造有利条件。采用单渣法操作,石灰加入量控制在26~50kg/t,终点[P]控制在0.025%以内,终点[P]一次合格比例达到99.6%;采用双渣法操作,石灰加人量控制在50~70kg/t,终点[P]控制在0.015%以内,终点[P]一次合格比例达到98.4%;采用脱磷-脱碳双联工艺终点[P]
控制在0.010%以内,终点P]一次合格比例达到97.6%,为冶炼不同钢种的控磷操作提供了参考,关键词:低磷钢;半钢炼钢过程;控磷工艺;研究

Abst ract: The conditions of dephosphorization reaction in converter and the reqirements of deep dephospho-rization proce ss for steelmaking with semi steel are introduced. Phosphorus control progess of three kinds of low phosphorus steel du ring steelmaking with semi steel is studied through analyzing the metallurgcal condi-ti o of converter dephosphoriza tion, optimiging process parameters such as the basicity of slag, stirring nsneroeeaeoao phosphorization. Using single slag operation, FTQ of and [P] could reach 99. 6% with added amount of lime controled with in 26 ~ 50 kg/t and terminaphosphorus controled less than 0. 025% ; using d ouble slag process, FTQ of and [P] could reach 98. 4% with added amount of lime ontroled within 50 ~ 70 kg/t and terminal phosphor us controled less than 0. 015% ; using the dephosphorization and decarburizatin duplex proce s, FTQ of and [P] could reach 97. 6% with terminal phosphorus controled less than 0. 010%. It pro-vides refereneduplex for phosphorus control in smelting of different steel grades.

提出了新的课题。承钢公司因铁水中含有钒、钛等有益元素,生产中采用提钒-炼钢双联工艺,半钢中的[Si]、[Mn]等较低[C]降低约15%;半钢冶炼时炉渣渣系中的组元少,主要是铁酸钙渣系,导致炼钢炉渣碱度高、熔点高、化渣困难。因此,采用半钢冶炼实现深脱磷工艺比铁水冶炼更加困难。承钢公司150t转炉在半钢冶炼深脱磷处理方面进行了研究和试验,成功冶炼了成品中[P]≤0.01%的超低磷钢,为半钢冶炼超低磷钢提供了冶炼工艺路线和
