小型农田水利项目档案分类与档号编制

摘要：小型农田水利工程档案的分类整理与档号编制，对小型农田水利项目工程资料收集、整理、归档和入库有着重要的意义.基于江山市小型农田水利工程档案的现状，依据国家规范将工程档案分为建设管理、年度标段、项目建设、监理及验收等5大类，对每类项目进行档号设计，规范立卷、纸质资料、电子资料、音像资料等档案资料整
编工作，通过对该项目839卷档案的整理实践及档案馆的验收，证明本方法简洁明了，关键词：小型农田水利：档案分类；档号编制

Abstract : Archives classification and number preparation of small irrigation and water conservancy projects play a meaning ful role in data collection , collating, filing and storage of small irrigation and water conservancy projects . Aceording to the current situation of archives of small irrigation and water conservancy projects in Jiangshan City , this article divided project archives into five categories , namely , construction management , annual bid section , project management , supervision and acceptance , and designed the corresponding archive number of items in each category as per national regulations , regulated the collating and compilation work procedures of document filing , paper, electronie data and audio -video data. After the collating practice of 839 archives of this project and the successful acceptance inspection of the Archive Center , this method has been proved to be simple and easy for implementation .

1工程概况
20092011年的3年间，江山市实施了第一批中央财政小型农田水利重点县建设，共投入资金 7646.24万元，其中中央资金1840万元，省财政 3154万元，地方财政及自筹2652.24万元，共完成山塘综合整治84座，建设高效节水灌溉工程31处 813.7ha，改造灌区20处，衬砌渠道115.526km.工程分布在全市18个乡镇(街道)，

2工程档案管理情况
小型农田水利重点县项目存在点多面广量大，工程形式多样，规模等级偏小，参建单位档案管理水平和人员专业素质参差不一，以致与工程同步形成的工程资料也具有体量大、专业性强、内容繁多复杂的特点.因此，在实际工程档案整理中发现档案分类难度大，档号编制繁琐，经综合归纳整理，其档案管理情况为：
