摘要针对水基钻井液长期存在黏土膨胀、钻井液滤失量大等间题,以2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酰胺、甲基两烯酰胺氧基氰化铵及丙烯酸钾为原料合成了一种抑制型降滤失剂AMSC,用响应面法优化了反应条件,并对AMSC的黏土膨胀抑制性和降滤失性能进行了评价。结果表明:在原料单体质量比为2:1:7:1、温度为50℃、单体浓度为15%、引发剂浓度为0.5%、反应4h时,AMSC防膨率达到84.76%在100℃以内,AMSC的抑制性与市场同类型抑制剂相比效果相当,同时该抑制剂对钻并液和水泥浆有较好的降滤失效果。应用添加AMSC的缓速酸体系在遗受钻井液污染的碳酸盐岩区块进行了洗井作业,储层岩心的渗适透率恢复率达到87%,提高了产能,

Synthesis and Evaluation of the Inhibitive Filter Loss Reducer AMSC ZHANG Qunzheng, ZHOU Huixin, GUO Wangzhao, KE Congyu, CAO Gaili

Abstract An inhibitive filter loss reducer AMSC was synthesized with AMPS, acrylamide, methacrylamidoxy ammonium chloride and potassium acrylate as raw materials. AMSC was synthesized for clay swelling inhibition and filter loss control. The reaction conditions were optimized with the response surface method, and the performance of AMSC was evaluated. Laboratory experiments showed that a percent swelling inhibition of 84.76% can be obtained using the AMSC synthesized at these conditions: molar ratio of the four raw materials = 2 : 1 : 7 : 1, reaction temperature = 50 °C, monomer concentration = 15%, initiator concentration = 0.5%, reaction time = 4 h. The inhibitive capacity of AMSC at temperatures less than 100 C is equivalent to the similar commercial products presently available. An increase in the concentration of AMSC from 0.06% to 0.6% reduced the volume of clay in an water-clay mixture from 1.2 mL to 0.2 mL. AMSC also had good filtration control performance in water base drilling fluids; reducing the filter loss of most water base drilling fluids by 87%.

鄂尔多斯盆地低渗碳酸盐岩储层孔洞、裂缝发育严重!。在钻采作业中黏土膨胀运移容易造成井筒堵塞和储层污染,若后期酸洗作用半径不足,阻塞往往难以解除,导致产能下降甚至丧失"]。2007 年后,中石油开展低分子阳离子化聚胺抑制剂的研究,以其生物毒性低、配伍性好等优点,逐渐替代季铵类聚合物抑制剂,但种类较单一(2-4)。笔者针对乙烯基可形成大分子架构,磺酸基、酰胺基等官
能团具有较强的降滤失性能和抑制膨胀能力等特性(,选用2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为主单体,将其与丙烯酰胺(AM),甲基丙烯酰胺氧基氯化铵(DMC)及丙烯酸钾(AA)进行水落液聚合(6-7),得到了具有较强抑制性和降滤失性的复合型钻井液降滤失剂AMSC,代替了单一的防膨剂和降滤失剂,简化作业中的反复加药工作,为后续研究具有多种效能的钻井液添加剂提供了思路。
