抗高温水基钻井液降滤失剂的研制及性能评价

摘要:针对深井钻井过程中高温高压条件下对钻井液体系性能的特殊要求,在室内试验中通过水溶液聚合法研制出一种适合于深井高温地层的水基降滤失剂SLA-3。对其性能进行了评价,结果表明:降滤失剂SLA-3的相对分子质量适中,对水溶液的黏度增加有限,不会造成钻井液体系的黏度变化过大;经过180℃高温老化后,仍具有较好的热稳定性。在基浆中加人质量分数3%的SLA-3,200℃ 下老化16h后的高温高压滤失量可以控制在9.4mL,具有良好的抗温性能。考察了降滤失剂对不同类型钻并液体系性能影响,试验结果表明:SLA-3在淡水钻井液体系、盐水钻井液体系以及含钙钻井液体系中均表现出良好的降滤失效果,适应性较强,可以满足深井钻井作业对钻井液性能的要求。

Abstract: According to the special requirements on the perfomance of drilling fluid system under high temperature and high pres-sure deep well drilling process, the water base filtrate reducer SLA-3 has been prepared in the laboratory for high temperature deep well strata by aqueous solution polymerization. The performance of SLA-3 is evaluated, and the results show that the filtrate reducer SLA-3 has moderate relative molecular weight, and the viscosity of the solution increases slightly, therefore the filtrate reducer will not lead to too much change on the viscosity of the drilling fluid system. The filtrate reducer SLA-3 still has better thermal stability after high tem-perature aging under 180 C. Adding mass fraction of 3% SLA-3 in the basic mud after aging at 200 C and 16 h, the high temperature and high pressure filter loss can be controlled to 9, 4 mL, which shows good temperature resistance, The influence of filtrate reducer on performance of different type of drilling fluid systems is investigated, and the results show that the filtrate reducer SLA-3 exerts good fil-tration reduction effect in the fresh water drilling fluid system, salt water drilling fluid system and calcium dilling fluid system. The fil trate reducer SLA-3 has strong adaptability, and can satisfy the demands of drilling fluid performance for deep well drilling process.

深井钻井中高温会对钻井液带来极大的挑战[1-2]。通常情况下,井深大于4600m以上的井可以称为深井,大于6000m时为超深井,大于9000 m时为特深井。当井深达到5000m时,井底压力通常可以达到100MPa以上,井底温度在160~250 ℃。在如此高的温度和压力条件下,钻井液的性能将经受极大的考验。因此,研究开发在高温高压环境下仍能发挥较好作用的降滤失剂显得尤为重
