抗温270℃钻井液聚合物降滤失剂的研制

「摘要]采用水溶液象合引发体系,合成了抗高温案合物降滤失剂HR-1。考察了基团比、单体摩尔比、体系pH、总单体用量、交联剂加量、引发剂加量等条件对HR-1性能的影响;并在演水基浆和水基钻并液中对HR-1的性能进行了评价。采用 FTIR,TG,DTG等方法对HR-1进行表征。综合考虑最优合成条件为:基团比为6:4,单体摩尔比为10:5,pH>8,总单体用量(w)保持在60%~67%,交联剂加量(w)固定在7.0%~8.5%,引发剂加量(w)为0.3%~0.7%。实验结果表明, HR-1表现出良好的热稳定性和降滤失能力,抗温达270℃,在淡水基浆中HR-1加量为2.0%(w)时,中压滤失量(FL)由46.0mL降至7.6mL;抗温270℃钻井液体系高温稳定性好,流变性易于控制,FL小予4.0mL,高温高压滤失量小于13.0
mL。表征结果显示,反应单体发生了接枝共聚反应,并具有较强的热稳定性。【关键词】钻井液;聚合物;降滤欠剂;热稳定性;滤失量

[Abstract ] A polymer filtrate reducer named HR-1 for ultra-high temperature drilling fluid is prepared by aqueous solution polymerization method. The effects of ratio of hydration groups to adsorption groups,monomer molar ratio,pH,monomer concentration,dosage of crosslinking agent, dosage of initiator on properties of HR-1 are investigated. The performance of HR-1 is evaluated in fresh water slurry and water-base fluid system. The structures of HR-1 had been studied by FTIR, TG, DTG. Through synthetical consideration, when ratio of groups is 6 : 4, monomer molar ratio 10: 5,pH>8,the total amount(w) of monomer is 60%67%,dosage of crosslinking agent is 7.0%8.5%, dosage of initiator is 0.3%0.7%, the performance of HR-1 is perfect. The results of the experiment show that HR-1 has good loss reduction and thermal stability, temperature resistance (up to 270 °C ).When the dosage of HR-1 is 2.0% in the fresh water slurry, the API fluid loss slides from 46.0 mL to 7.6 mL. 27o °C ultra-high temperature drilling fluid has good thermal stability and rheologic properties, the API fluid loss is 4.0 mL, the high pressure filtration is less than 13.0 mL. The result of representation shows that the graft copolymerization of monomer really took place, and the polymer HR-1 has good thermal stability.
