期。总结了见的CO,污染处理方式及其不足之处。针对水基结并该CO,污染现象,根据得染机理提出了处理建议:保持钻非承中量度的粘上合量,使用Ca(OD,和CaCl,等钙处理剂:使用抗高混抗整的能吸附性处理剂、适多使用新浆替代者表。分留了XX46-X1和XX008-6-X2两口受CO,污染并的登理情况,以XX46-X1并为例,采取的具体措施有:使用高心机控制网相合量,用真空服气器不间新在地置成气,增大估并减密度至2.0g/em,以阻止C0,进入流体;使用送量0.2%石成乳冲入钻并求,补充SMP-目、SMP-I、高温抗整降滤失剂RSTF、高温希释剂HTX等处理剂及NaOH胶液;由于净染获为严重,后期配制胺液时加入质量0.5%CaC,配合处理,受污染钻并液接建议经过纯理后,钻#滤黏度、切力降低,流变性和费失量得列控制,满是下工程需要,达到了额期目的,

Abstract Many technologies handling CO, contamination to drilling fluids have shortages in practical use, This paper summarizes the deficiencies of the methods commonly used, and presents advices for the treatment of CO, contamination based on the mechanisms of contamination: drilling fluid should have moderate bentonite content, and Ca(OH), and CaCl, should be used, High temperature salt-resistant and highly adsorptive drilling fluid additives should be used, and old mud replaced with new one if necessary. Contamination oeeodn98oet aaaooro sg in drilling the well XX46-X1, centrifuges were used to control solids content and vacuum degassers used for continuous degassing of the drilling fluid at the surface. Mud density was increased to 2.0 g/cm’ to prevent CO, gas cut, A proper amount of 0.2% Ca(OH), SMP-Il, SMP-III, RSTF (high temperature salt-resistant filter loss reducer), HTX (high temperature thinner) and NaOH solution were usedto minimize the negative effects of CO, on the properties of the drilling fluid. 0.5% CaCl, solution was used when the CO, gas cut became severe in late period. With these treatment, the viscosity and gel strengths ofthe drilling fluid were reduced, and the rheology
