几种常见的水基钻井液的室内试验评价

摘要:介绍了新油田目前使用的有机盐聚合醇钻井液、硅酸盐钻井液和聚胺盐钻并液的性能特点,对上述3种水基钻井液的流变性、抑制性、热稳定性、封堵性以及抗钙盐和岩屑污染能力进行了室内评价,为现场应用提供相关数据和技术指导。结果表明:3种钻井液的抗温性能良好,老化160℃时,仍具有良好的流变性和较低的滤失量,其中有机盐聚合醇钻井液体系可抗温180℃;3种钻井液的抑制性从高到低依次为有机盐聚合醇,硅酸盐,聚胺盐;3种钻井液抗钙盐能力较差,但均具有较好的抗岩屑污染性;3种钻井液均具有良好的封堵能力,在140℃,3.5~4.9MPa的试验条件下,30min的滤失量在正常范围。综合室内评价结果,有机盐聚合醇钻井液的性能最为优良。

Evaluation of several commonwater-based drillingfluids by laboratory test

Abstract: The perfomance and characteristics of the organic salt polymer drilling fluid, silicate drlling fluid and polyammonium salt drlling fluid applied in Xinjiang Oilfield currently are presented, and the rheological property, inhibitive ability, thermal stability, plugging property, and capacity of anti calcium salt and rock waste of the mentioned three kinds of water-based drlling fluids are evalu-ated in laboratory, which provides relevant data and technical guidance for field application. The results show that the thermal resist-ance of the three kinds of drilling fluids is good, and they behave favorable rheological property and low filter loss after 160 °C aging, and the thermal resistance of organic salt polymer drilling fluid can reach 180 °C. The inhibitive ability of the three drlling fluids from high to low is organic salt polymer drlling fluid, silicate dilling fluid and polyammonium salt drilling fluid. The capacity of anti calci-um salt of the three driing fluids is poor, while the capacity of anti rock waste is better. The plugging propery of three drlling fluids is satisfactory, and the 30 min filter loss is in the normal range under the test conditions of 140 °C and 3. 5 ~ 4. 9 MPa. The perform-ance of organic salt polymer drilling fluid shows the most excellent aceording to the comprehensive evaluation results.

近年来,我国陆地新钻井中深井数量越来越多钻井过程中井壁稳定问题也越来越突出。为解决深井井壁稳定间题,国内外大多数油田均采用污染大、成本高的油基钻井液体系[1-2)。相对于油基钻井液体系,水基钻井液具有成本低、配制处理维护较简单、处理剂来源广、可供选择的类型多、性能容易控制等优点,并具有较好的保护油气层效果。针对准噶尔盆地南缘地区的地层特点,对目前新疆油田所使用的几种钻井液的流变性、抑制性、封堵性和抗污
