新型高性能转向酸的制备及性能评价

摘要我酸费常储层供案建发育,像化压器改望过程中酸求单向突进,造成储景育教累沟通图难,酿化压裂改造效率低。为了模高碳酸盐碧储层腰化压票改造效率,制备了一养对CO,敏高的新型高性能转向象体系,该体系主要由盐酸。 SDS、TMPDA及缓链剂组成.配方为3.96%SDS+1L.09%TMPDA+24%HCI+0.5%MZ-1级德剂。虽器该体系本身不具有易弹性,但在CO,存在的象件下,体差中的TMPDA作为联接基与鲁通的SDS生或骼弹性极好的类Gemini型表面活性剂,CO,消除之后可恢复到初物状态。相关性能评价及研究表明。该体系抗温、抗剪性好、转询性能优属、酸液驱替前后岩心渗透率明显增大,两且率透率差异较大的2组善心的涉透率极差基水满除,可以育教地提高碳酸盐储层酸压改重效率,面且育季望实观诺环利用。

Unidirectional fingering of acid solution in acidizing carbonate reservoirs always results in dificulties in communicating fractures and low eficiency of acidizing fracturing job. To improve the job efficiency, a new high performance diverting acid, which is sensitive to CO, has been developed. The diverting acid has a formulation as follows: 3.96%SDS+1.09% MPDA+24% HCI+0.5% Z-1 (a corrosion inhibitor). This acid, although not viscoelastic, can acquire viscoelasticity through the reaction of TMPDA with SDS at the presence of CO, because the reaction of TMPDA with SDS produces a surfactant Gemini which had superior viscoelasticity. The diverting acid resumed its original state as soon as CO, disappeared Laboratory study has shown that this diverting acid had good high temperature stability, good shearing performance, and superior diverting ability. In core experiment, several groups of cores were displaced with the new diverting acid. It was found that the permeability of the acid-flooded cores increased remarkably, even after removing the biggest permeability increases of two groups of cores, The efficiency of acidizing fracturing job can be improved with the new diverting acid, and recycling of the diverting acid may also be realized.

目前广泛使用的转向酸均以特殊的黏弹性表面活性剂为稠化剂(14),转向酸与储层中的碳酸盐反应生成的钙镁离子使转向酸稠化剂黏度大幅度上升,从而迫使酸液转向5-7]。稠化剂的变黏性是评价转向酸性能的关键,转向酸变黏幅度越大,其性能越好,但目前使用的稠化剂黏弹性表面活性剂存
在耐温性差、用量多、变黏性差和破胶性差等缺点。在对大量表面活性剂筛选和研究的基础上,配制了一种新型的高性能转向酸稠化剂SDS-TMPDA。该稠化剂在初始条件下不具有黏弹性,与CO,接触后黏度急剧增大,大于4000mPa·s,而在消除 CO,后黏度降低到初始状态。
