工艺气用螺杆压缩机市场发展趋势分析

摘要：近年来，我国螺杆压编机制造行业有了较快的发展，下游应用领域需求也目渐广泛，各个应用领域对压缩机特殊化、专业化和个性化需求日渐突出。随着下游应用领城的逐渐拓展，国内的螺杆压缩机逐步由传统的空气动力压缩扩展到石油、天然气、化工、化肥、制碱等转球气体、工艺气体进行压缩，并逐步形成了差异化的工艺气用螺杆压缩机行业。在石油、化工、煤层气、天然气、制药以及其他稀有气体分离等行业对压编机市场需求日渐旺盛的情况下，国内的工艺气用螺杆压缩机的产销量都将保持稳步增长态势。

Abstract: In recent years, the screw compressor manufacturing industry has been developped rapidly in China. The demands in downstream applications have also become more widely, The needs for specialization , profession-al and personalized in every compressor application have become increasingly prominent, With the gradual ex-pension of downstream applications, the domestic compressors expanded from the air dynamic compression to special gas and process gas compression such as oil, natural gas, chemicals, fertilizer, and soda. Furthermore, it gradually forms a differentiated screw compressor industry for process gas, Under the demands of compressors in industries such as petroleum, chemical, coal bed methane , natural gas ,pharmaceutical and other rare gas separa-tion increasingly strong,the production and sales of domestic screw compressors for process gas will maintain steady growth.

自20世纪70年代石油化工大发展之后，逐步
形成了与之配套的专用压缩机，如大化肥专用压缩机、乙烯工业用“三机”、特殊稀有气体压缩机等。这些压缩机通常对材料、密封、工艺的适应性有特殊的要求，称之为工艺气用压缩机。
在国内压缩机行业稳步发展的基础上，国内螺杆压缩机无论是研发设计能力还是生产制造水平都在逐步提高，下游应用领域也日渐广泛，各个应用领

域对压缩机的特殊化、专业化和个性化需求也日渐突出。在行业技术手段不断更新的驱动下，螺杆压缩机行业在传统应用领域基础上，也逐步由对工作介质清洁度要求较高的传统领域向对工作介质清活度要求相对较低的领域发展，逐步从最初的煤气压缩扩展到石油、天然气、化工、化肥、制碱等石化行业的特殊气体压缩，并进一步向制药、稀有气体分离等行业拓展，逐步形成了独具特色的、具有差异化的“专、特、精、新”等工艺气用螺杆压缩机行业。
