浅析烧碱装置喷油螺杆空压机的应用及选型史晓蒸

[摘要]：螺杆空压机因其具有结构紧漆、外形美观、振动小、效率高、棒气压力稳定、能耗小、噪声低和使用寿命长等特点，在化工行业得到了愈来念广泛的应用。因烧碱装置压缩空气用户允许搬量油存在，且因喷油螺杆空压机较无油螺杆空压机单级压比高、价格低等优势而使其应用较为鲁遍。介绍了喷油螺杆空压机在烧碱装置中的应用，并对其选型及主要技术参数比较进行了分析总结，以此作为今后类似选型设计工作的参考。

Abstract:Screw air compressor has been more and more widely applied in chemical industries owe to compact configuration, comfor appearance, low vibration, high efficiency, stable discharge pressure, low energy consumption, low noise and long service life etc. Compared with oilfree screw air compressor, oil injected screw air compressor has been popularly used in caustie soda plant as a result of allowable micro oil in compressed air, high singlestage pressure ratio, low price and such advantages like that, The paper is aimed at brief introduction the application of oil injected screw air compressor in caustic soda plant and analysis as well as sum pesa o suarar e eprera redon sraaeredeaea a e gaas o e type selection in similar situations.

装置中的应用
空压机主要有活塞式、螺杆式和离心式等类型。活塞空压机排气压力不够稳定，排气温度高；产热量、排油量较多，影响环境；有一定振动，噪声、占地面积较大！；电机功率偏大；且带底座，需用地脚螺栓固定在基础上：检修工作量大，维修费用高。另外，活塞空压机经使用一段时间后，会因磨损造成泄漏从而使排气量降低，如选型时裕量考虑不够，会造成实际运行期间气量不足，影响生产效率，有时可能还需增加小排气量空压机满足工艺需要，从而造成额外投资。
