压缩机盘管对压缩机振动影响的分析研究费标求1,李志远,王勇1,陈刚2

[摘要]:考虑压缩机盘管建立压缩机系体二自由度振动系统,对该系统横向-横据揭合振动进行理论分析,明确排气盘管对压缩机振动的影响,并对排气盘管传递的压缩机壳体振动进行实验,采用相关分析对不同工况下的实验数据进行处理,
确定了排气盘管引起的压缩机振动频率,并对排气盘管进行减寰实验,压缩机振动明显减小。[关键调]:压缩机;排气盘管;相关分析;减振

Abstract:Considering compressor coil to establish two degree of freedom vibration system of compressor pump body,the theoretical analysis on the system's coupled vibration of the transverse vibration and shaking is caried out to clear the influence of exhaust coil on compressor vibration, And the experiment is used to identify the vibration caused by exhaust coil. Using the correlation analysis to experiment data in different situation,the shell vibration caused by exhaust coil is confirmed and the vibration frequency of compres-sor caused by exhaust coil is determined. And shock absorption experiment to exhaust coil is done,it is found the compressor vibra-tion decreased obviously

1引言
小型全封闭往复压缩机内部泵体一般通过2 条途径与壳体相连:一是通过压缩机内部4脚弹簧与压缩机壳体相连;二是通过压缩机排气盘管与壳体相连。在曲轴活塞系统的运动过程中,压缩机泵体顶部受到曲轴活塞系统的不平衡力作用,曲轴活塞系统不平衡力会通过底部隔振弹簧以及压缩机盘管进行传递,一般情况下研究压缩机壳体振动时,较为常见的是对压缩机底部隔振弹簧的研究而往往忽视压缩机排气盘管对压缩机壳体的影响,实际上压缩机排气盘管对压缩机壳体振动有很大影响。本文将盘管简化为弹性支撑体和4
