韶钢7号高炉热风支管波纹补偿器和
热风阀更换施工技术

摘要:鉴于韶钢7号高炉热风支管波纹补偿器和热风阀更换施工工期紧,任务复杂累重,热风炉保温影响施工等因素,采取了相应施工技术,圆满解决了新波纹管设计尺寸与耐火组合砖砌筑设计尺寸不相符、热风炉要保持500 ~700℃致施工人员不能进人热风支管内施工等问题,确保了热风炉支管波纹补偿器和热风阀更换按期顺利完成,为今后的类似高危作业施工提供有益借鉴,

Abstract: The paper introduced the change of the hot blast bellows compensator and valve during the annual maintenance. Due to the construction time limited, the complicated and heavy work , and the process of the BF required keeping tempera ture which was restrained the construction, the corresponding construction technique was adopted which helped settle the is-sues of the different dimensions between the new bellows design and the refractory bricking design, and solve the actual is-sue that the hot-blast stove had to keep the temperature at 500 ~700°C for that the workers for the construction could not go into the bellows, which guaranteed the replacement being completed duly. It may be referred by the similar construction with high danger.

宝钢集团广东韶关钢铁有限公司(以下简称“韶钢”)7号高炉于2005年建成投产,运行至今已有9a,由于生产任务不断增大,致使高炉超负荷生产,设备故障频繁,尤其是3号、4号热风阀漏水严重,不仅造成资源浪费,而且影响生产,安全隐患较大.为了提高高炉生产量,降本增效,必须对7号高炉进行年修.2015年1月,韶钢工程公司设备检修事业部检修车间承接了7号高炉3号、4号热风阀整体更换,热风支管波纹补偿器更换(含管道耐材

喷涂、砌筑)等高危作业施工项目.鉴于施工工期紧,任务复杂繁重,以及7号高炉的设备工艺要求保温而难以施工作业等因素,以往的更换方法已无法达到预期的目标.施工技术人员打破了以往常规,本着“经济、可靠、先进、适用”的原则,对热风支管波纹补偿器和热风阀更换方法进行彻底改进,尤其在施工准备中,不仅认真编制施工方案,而且提前完成新波纹补偿器内的耐材砌筑等施工,圆满解决了新波纹管设计尺寸与耐火组合砖砌筑设计尺寸不相符等问题;针对因热风炉要保持一定的温度,施工人员不能进人热风支管内施工作业,施工技术人员自发
