钢铁企业铁前区敏捷制造精细管控系统

摘要：钢铁企业铁前区敏捷制造精细管控系统（QMES），以支持生产高品质、高产量的铁水为目标，着重于及时收集原料库存、原料消耗、产品质量、生产作业、设备等实绩信息，傲出分析统计，做好原料的收、发、存管制，稳定各生
的物流和信息流同步，实现生产管理的合理化、在线化、集成化.系统采用ORACAL数据库接口技术，集铁前二级（L2）、三级（L3）自动化控制技术于一体，具有降低劳动强度、提高劳动效率、优化作业流程，提高钢铁企业效益的效果，

Abstract: Agile manufacture & precise management system for upstream processes before the steel making process in the iron & steel enterprise( QMES) is aiming to produce high quality hot metal with high output. This system can make statistical analyses for controlling the management of receiving, sending and storing the raw materials so to keep the raw material supply stable, meeting the needs of continuous production. And the system also com-prehensively controls the production processes of logisties and information at the same time, so that the rationalization, on-line and integrated production management can be realized, ORACAL database interface technology will be used, combi-ning level 2 and level 3 automatic control technology, This can reduce labor intensity, improve productivity and optimize working processes, It has great significance on the iron and steel enterprise.

0前言
铁前生产是一项十分复杂的系统工程，涉及的工序、环节及原材料品种较多，任何一个工序、环节、原材料质量或操作水平等出现异常都将直接影响高炉炉况和铁前生产成本.其采购、供应、物流、生产指挥、成本核算等管理难度大，大量的基础数据依靠人工重复记录、分析、统计，难以实时、准确地监控生产，指挥生产，优化排产，导致铁前生产无法同管理

紧密结合，不利于生产成本的实时核算，也不利于铁前一盘棋的思想.因此，利用信息化技术提高对铁前生产过程的集中管控、指挥和实时成本核算，适应钢铁企业铁前生产需要具有积极的意义
