汽车座位加固件大型复杂多工位连续模设计

(1.广州工程技术职业学院机电工程系,广东广州510075;2.华南理工大学机械与汽车工程学院,广东广州510640)摘要:汽车座位加固件的形状复杂、精度要求高,需要经过冲孔、切边、拉延、翻边、整形、侧面修边、切断等冲压工序才能完成。通过分析汽车座位加固件的冲压工艺性,确定了双排排样,中间载体,左、右汽车座位加固件在同一套模具冲制,每个工位同时冲压左、右各两件产品,共11个工位的连续冲压工艺方案;对模具侧面修边、送料机构和模具整体结构进行了详细分析,并根据设计方案制造出该产品的多工位连续模。模具经过试冲,结果表明,设计的工艺方案和模具结构合理,产品尺寸精度符合图纸要求,可满足大批量生产的要求。

Design on large complicated multi -position progressive die for
automotivereinforcement-seat

Abstract: The automotive reinforcement-seat with complicated shape and high forming precision was formed by piercing, trimming, drawing, flanging, sizing, side trimming and cutting. Through analyzing the stamping process and scheme of the automotive reinforce-ment-seat, it was detemined that the left and right automotive reinforcement-seats were fomed in the same die with the double-row layout and intermediate carrier, and the progressive stamping process with eleven positions were put forward. Then, the side trimming, feeding mechanism and whole die structure were analyzed, and the multi-position progressive die was manufactured based on the above design scheme. After the die is tested, the results show that the layout scheme and the die structure are reasonable and feasible. Thus, the di-mensional precision of part meets the drawing requirement, which meets the requirement of mass production.
